Adobe Flash Player Software Review Right now we are up to version 11 of the Flash player and almost daily it seems as if Adobe is releasing a new version of Flash that either adds a feature or fixes a problem or updates something else. Indeed, if you do not install the new versions, in most cases, video animations that were operating quite nicely a couple of hours earlier will be telling that you have to install a new version of Flash Player and restarting the application before it will work correctly again. Fortunately, Flash Player has become so entwined in the Web now that Adobe cannot really charge for it so you get it for free from Adobe (they have so many other products that they can literally afford to give this one away and it also works with most of the products that cost so they win on both counts).
